Salted Caramel Creamsicles Recipe | Lupus Canada

Welcome to the Lupus Canada Recipe Corner!

These Salted Caramel Creamsicles are a wholesome alternative to traditional frozen desserts, using naturally sweet Medjool dates in place of refined sugar. Made with just a handful of minimally processed ingredients, they provide fibre from dates and healthy fats from coconut milk to create a yummy treat.

While no single food can reduce inflammation on its own, choosing nutrient-dense, whole-food ingredients over highly processed, sugar-rich desserts can be part of an overall dietary pattern that supports health and may help manage inflammation.

Simple, delicious, and refreshing, these pops are an easy way to enjoy a nourishing dessert.
