Ingredients

4 Bananas 

3 Eggs

¼ c. Honey

2 tsp. Vanilla

½ c. Coconut Flour

3 tbsp. Tapioca Flour/ Gluten Free Flour

2 tsp. Cinnamon 

1 tsp. Baking powder

½ tsp. Baking soda

¼ tsp. Salt

¼ c. Dairy Free Chocolate Chips (optional)

Overview

This anti-inflammatory Banana Bread is a simple yet delicious recipe that is perfect for anyone looking to enjoy a healthy, autoimmune-friendly treat. Follow these steps to create a moist and flavorful bread that everyone will love.

Instructions

Step 1

Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and prepare a loaf pan with parchment paper.

Step 2

In a large bowl, mash banana. Add eggs, honey and vanilla. Whisk until combined.

Step 3

Add coconut flour, tapioca flour, cinnamon, baking powder, baking soda and salt. Stir to combine.

Step 4

Pour into a greased or parchment lined loaf pan. Top with chocolate chips. Bake for 50 min or until a toothpick inserted comes out clean. Allow to cool for 10 minutes before transferring to a wire rack. Wait until it has cooled completely before slicing.
