Chia seeds provide plant based protein, fibre, and omega 3 fatty acids to support heart, brain, and gut health.
Coconut milk offers satisfying healthy fats that keep you full and support steady energy.
Bananas provide potassium, prebiotic fibre, and a creamy texture without refined sugar.
Chopped walnuts add crunch and additional omega 3 fatty acids.
Together, these ingredients create a creamy, dairy free chia pudding that feels like a treat while supporting whole body wellness.
Blend the base:
Combine plant milk, coconut milk, maple or date syrup (or Medjool dates), nut butter, vanilla, cinnamon, nutmeg, cloves, and salt in a blender. Blend until smooth.
Add chia seeds and chill:
Stir in the chia seeds and pour the mixture into a large mixing bowl. Place in the fridge for 1 hour.
Stir and add bananas:
Remove the mixture from the fridge, stir well, then add the mashed bananas and mix until combined.
Portion and top:
Divide the pudding amongst 4 small jars and top with chopped walnuts.
Chill overnight:
