Retirez la couche ext\u00e9rieure dure. Coupez le bulbe inf\u00e9rieur. Coupez le tiers inf\u00e9rieur de la tige et r\u00e2pez-le sur un microplane, un zesteur ou une r\u00e2pe. Coupez la tige restante en morceaux de 3-4 pouces.     R\u00e9server.  <\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400; color: #ffffff;\">Ajouter l\u2019huile de noix de coco dans une grande po\u00eale \u00e0 feu moyen, ajouter le gingembre et l\u2019\u00e9chalote et cuire jusqu\u2019\u00e0 ce qu\u2019ils soient parfum\u00e9s.  <\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: 18px; color: #ffffff;\">Ajouter les ignames, remuer et cuire 3 minutes.
