Cuire jusqu\u2019\u00e0 ce qu\u2019il soit translucide, en remuant fr\u00e9quemment. Ajouter le gingembre frais et remuer.  <\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400; color: #ffffff;\">Ajouter le tofu en cubes, le curcuma, le sel, les flocons de piment et la coriandre fra\u00eeche. Remuer pour combiner. <\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: 18px; color: #ffffff;\">Ajouter la patate douce, le lait de coco, le bouillon de l\u00e9gumes et le vinaigre de riz et m\u00e9langer. Couvrir avec un couvercle et porter \u00e0 \u00e9bullition. R\u00e9duire le feu \u00e0 doux-moyen et laisser mijoter jusqu\u2019\u00e0 ce que les patates douces soient tendres.  <\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: 18px; color: #ffffff;\">Retirez le couvercle et poursuivez la cuisson jusqu\u2019\u00e0 ce que les patates douces commencent \u00e0 s\u2019\u00e9craser facilement.  <\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: 18px; color: #ffffff;\">Ajouter le chou fris\u00e9 hach\u00e9 et remuer pour faire fl\u00e9trir le chou fris\u00e9.
