Portez le m\u00e9lange \u00e0 \u00e9bullition douce, puis baissez le feu et laissez mijoter pendant 5 \u00e0 10 minutes jusqu\u2019\u00e0 ce que les fraises ramollissent et lib\u00e8rent leur jus. <\/p>\n<p data-start=\"2262\" data-end=\"2352\">Entre-temps, fouetter ensemble le jus de citron et l\u2019amidon de tapioca dans un petit bol jusqu\u2019\u00e0 ce que ce soit lisse.<\/p>\n<p data-start=\"2354\" data-end=\"2538\">Retirez le m\u00e9lange de fraises du feu et incorporez lentement la bouillie de citron et de tapioca, en m\u00e9langeant continuellement jusqu\u2019\u00e0 ce que ce soit compl\u00e8tement incorpor\u00e9. Le plombage commencera \u00e0 \u00e9paissir. Mets de c\u00f4t\u00e9.  <\/p>\n<p data-start=\"2540\" data-end=\"2683\">Dans un grand bol, m\u00e9langez la farine d\u2019amande, la farine de tapioca, le bicarbonate de soude, le sel, l\u2019huile de coco ramollie et le sirop d\u2019\u00e9rable jusqu\u2019\u00e0 ce qu\u2019une p\u00e2te friable se forme.<\/p>\n<p data-start=\"2685\" data-end=\"2740\">R\u00e9servez <strong data-start=\"2693\" data-end=\"2702\">3\/4 de tasse<\/strong> de m\u00e9lange de cro\u00fbte pour la garniture.<\/p>\n<p data-start=\"2742\" data-end=\"2857\">Pressez la p\u00e2te restante uniform\u00e9ment dans le moule pr\u00e9par\u00e9. Utilisez une fourchette pour percer plusieurs trous sur la surface. <\/p>\n<p data-start=\"2859\" data-end=\"2893\">Faites cuire la p\u00e2te pendant <strong data-start=\"2878\" data-end=\"2892\">10 minutes<\/strong>.<\/p>\n<p data-start=\"2895\" data-end=\"2953\">\u00c9talez la garniture \u00e0 la fraise uniform\u00e9ment sur la cro\u00fbte cuite.<\/p>\n<p data-start=\"2955\" data-end=\"3017\">Saupoudrez le m\u00e9lange de cro\u00fbte r\u00e9serv\u00e9 sur la couche de fraise.<\/p>\n<p data-start=\"3019\" data-end=\"3114\">Remet la plaque au four et cuit pendant <strong data-start=\"3059\" data-end=\"3073\">25 minutes<\/strong>, ou jusqu\u2019\u00e0 ce que la garniture soit l\u00e9g\u00e8rement dor\u00e9e.<\/p>\n<p data-start=\"3116\" data-end=\"3216\">Laissez les barres refroidir compl\u00e8tement avant de trancher.
