Il s\u2019agit d\u2019une \u00e9tape importante dans l\u2019am\u00e9lioration de l\u2019acc\u00e8s aux soins pour les personnes atteintes de n\u00e9phrite lupique. La glom\u00e9rulon\u00e9phrite (GN) est un groupe de maladies r\u00e9nales qui, bien que relativement rares, repr\u00e9sentent la deuxi\u00e8me cause la plus fr\u00e9quente d\u2019insuffisance r\u00e9nale terminale au Canada. La pr\u00e9valence de ces maladies semble augmenter et toucher de fa\u00e7on disproportionn\u00e9e les jeunes Canadiens. Les patients atteints de GN pr\u00e9sentent une comorbidit\u00e9 importante au fil du temps et entra\u00eenent des co\u00fbts \u00e9lev\u00e9s pour le syst\u00e8me de sant\u00e9.
