La coriandre fra\u00eeche et l\u2019oignon vert ajoutent une touche herbac\u00e9e brillante, et une pinc\u00e9e d\u2019arachides donne juste ce qu\u2019il faut de croquant. <\/p>\n<p data-start=\"2453\" data-end=\"2892\" class=\"\">Ce qui rassemble vraiment le tout, c\u2019est la vinaigrette cr\u00e9meuse aux arachides, riche, acidul\u00e9e et pleine de saveur de gingembre, d\u2019huile de s\u00e9same et d\u2019une touche de p\u00e2te de curry rouge tha\u00eflandais (qui peut facilement \u00eatre laiss\u00e9e de c\u00f4t\u00e9 pour ceux qui \u00e9vitent les solanac\u00e9es). La meilleure partie&nbsp;? La vinaigrette en fait plus, vous pouvez donc la conserver au r\u00e9frig\u00e9rateur et l\u2019arroser d\u2019autres repas tout au long de la semaine.
