We protect your privacy
Lupus Canada recognizes your right to privacy and pledges to protect it. We are aware of our responsibilities under the federal Personal Information and Electronic Documents Act (PIPEDA). We do not share or trade our mailing information outside of Lupus Canada and its Member Organizations.
Information Collected
When visiting the Lupus Canada website, the web server automatically records information about the operating system and web browser you are using. This information does not identify you in any way and is only used for statistical purposes to manage the website.
Lupus Canada collects personal information about you only if you volunteer it in a survey and/or request for information and/or request to be added to a mailing list. We use this information to respond to your request or question. All information is kept confidential.
Donation Information
Lupus Canada maintains records of all contributions. All information is kept private and confidential, stored in a secure location and accessible only by authorized staff. The names and contact information for the participants in the annual Lupus Canada Walk-A-Block are shared with the provincial member organizations.
